Fortel has appointed Ian Smith as its new Finance Director, bringing 20 years experience to this key role. His previous experience included three years at the UK's largest flooring contractor and 10 years in the financial services sector. Fortel chief executive Sat Nijjer, welcomed the appointment. He said: 'We need a senior financial professional to help structure our continued rapid growth. We are delighted to have persuaded Ian to join us - he brings massive experience and some important new thinking, and we'll give him full support in taking our financial management to a new level.'
