Susan completed the challenge in bright sunshine on Saturday, August 8, after initially hesitating when she realised she’d underestimated her fear of getting over the ledge and edge at that height.

 

After the very supportive Make Some Noise crew coaxed her slowly over the ledge she successfully abseiled the 82ft drop – to an applause of a crowd of spectators who’d been told about her fear.

 

Fortel’s staff praised Susan on rising to this exceptional challenge to raise funds for a very worthwhile cause.
